PICTURE DAY UPDATES
Dear Parents,
School Picture Retakes and Make-Ups will be held on Monday, November 17.
Retakes are for anyone who had their photo taken on October 17 but would like new photos taken.
Make-ups are for anyone who missed picture day and for students who have enrolled since October 17.
In addition, basketball pictures (7th grade/JH/SH) and make-up Game Day photos from October 25 that were originally scheduled for Wednesday, November 5 have been postponed to Wednesday, December 10.

Honoring Our Heroes – 2025 Veterans Day Video
This year’s Veterans Day video will spotlight nearly 100 Mountainburg High School graduates who have proudly served in the United States military. This special project has been made possible through the design and development of the Military Tributes on the Wall of Honor — a lasting way to recognize the service and sacrifice of our MHS alumni.
If you know an MHS graduate who has served, we would love to include them in our Veterans Day tribute and they will be placed in the Military Tributes on the Wall of Honor.

Please send a photo to Misty Christian at misty.christian@mountainburg.org. Submissions must be made on or before November 7 to be included in the video. Mrs. Christian is always taking submissions for the Wall of Honor.
Be sure to include: Full name, Graduation year, Branch of military served
**If you have already submitted a photo for the Wall of Honor, your loved one will automatically be included in this year’s Veterans Day video.**

Over the past 8 years, I’ve seen Mountainburg Public Schools’ communication efforts grow tremendously — and I couldn’t be prouder of how far we’ve come! We’ve worked hard to make sure parents and families stay well-informed — not only about your child’s academics, but also about all the great things happening across our district.

The district is also utilizing ParentSquare which is another fantastic tool for two-way communication between parents and teachers.
Throughout the week, communication may go out for various reasons to all students and staff or may be just to specific grade levels, groups, or classes.
We want every parent to feel “in the know” — because communication between school and home truly makes a difference for our students. Thank you for taking the time to stay connected and for being such a vital part of the Mountainburg family.

These passes are a convenient and cost-effective way to support our Dragons all year long while saving on individual game ticket prices. Plus there is a discount on reserving a seat in the Dragon Gym and Activity Center when you purchase a season pass. You will need to contact Mrs. Christian to choose your seat.
Your season pass will grant you admission to all home athletic events for the season (excluding conference tournaments, district tournaments, regional tournaments, and state tournaments).
