Today was day 1 of our visit with the Be Pro Be Proud Truck for students. Kids in grades 8-12 were able to learn about skilled trade careers by doing hands on activities. They learned about careers like lineman, welding, robotics, heavy equipment operating and more! They will be here again tomorrow to finish up their time with us.

This week, we celebrate the power of nutritious meals in fueling students’ success! School lunches provide more than just food — they give energy, focus, and a foundation for learning.
The national theme is "Taste the World: Your School Lunch Passport!," which encourages students to explore global cuisines. Ms. Tina and her staffs have introduced our students to a variety of different foods over the past two years.
Thank you to all the cafeteria staff, nutrition teams, and food service workers who serve up healthy, balanced meals every day. Be sure to thank Ms. Tina and her staffs.

MHS and MJH Cheer are going pink this month for Breast Cancer Awareness! We are selling pink out shirts through Rockhouse Designs! Click the link below to purchase! The Junior High Pink Out game will be October 30th, and these will be perfect to wear that day or any day! Shirts can be ordered with the Team Dona logo on the back to support our former Mountainburg Schools custodian, who is currently fighting her own breast cancer battle. All proceeds of our pink out shirts will be donated to Miss Dona to help in her fight.

MHS Cheerleader of the week is Willow Hecox! Willow is a spirit leader both on the sideline and off! She does a great job breaking down new skills and choreography and working with her teammates to make sure the team is ready to get the job done! Willow is dedicated to the sport of cheer, focused, and goal-oriented! She is proud to be a Dragon and we are proud of her!
