Mountainburg High School is seeking a reliable, dedicated, and motivated person to join our food service team. This role plays a vital part in preparing nutritious, appealing meals for our students and staff in a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare and serve breakfast and/or lunch meals according to planned menus and nutritional guidelines
Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed at all times
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Assist with receiving and storing food supplies
Clean kitchen and dining areas after meals
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team and school staff
Maintain accurate food preparation and service records as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience in food preparation or kitchen work (preferred, but not required)
Ability to follow recipes and written/verbal instructions
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
Must pass background checks required by the school district

We will crown our 70th and 2025 Dragon Football Homecoming Queen along with our 4th and 2025 Dragon Football Homecoming King on Friday, October 3. The Coronation Ceremony will begin at 6:15 PM. The gates will open at 5:15. I This is a very special year for our Dragon Football Homecoming with some very special guests included.
The gates will open at 5:15 PM. Admission is $7.00.
Everyone will pay at the window with cash or card. Please have your payment ready so that line can move quickly.
