Love our community partners! Thank you to Citizen’s Bank for grilling hot dogs for the Tailgate
ATTENTION MHS STUDENTS AND PARENTS:
When you arrive on campus for Open House:
9th & 10th grade students will enter through the doors by the high school office. Schedules can be picked up between the trophy cases.
11th & 12th grade students will enter through the doors to the gym lobby. Schedules will be available at tables outside Mrs. Christian's computer lab.
Students will need to go in the office to get a locker number and a parking spot.
Not only is school bus safety important for other drivers, but students need to understand that their behavior on the bus is just as important.
Have an awesome day Dragons! See you at open house and the community tailgate this evening.

ROCK THE GARAGE!
If you have been around Mountainburg for any length of time, you know what the Old Rock Garage is.
The school district is working toward transforming the Old Rock Garage into an artistic representation of Mountainburg, still maintaining the nostalgia of the building. Collaboration has begun with Staci Beauford of Some Girls and a Mural, Cora Boland - MHS Art Teacher, Jessica Wilcox - MES Art Teacher, and Heather Loop Firth - MHS Graduate and art teacher at Hellstern Middle School in Springdale.
When you look at the collage of post cards below, what images around Mountainburg come to mind that you would want to see in a collage painted on a wall in the Old Rock Garage or even as stand-alone images on the walls in the garage? The Spillway? The Dairy Dream? The original Bassham's Grocery Store? Nolen Handle Mill? Mountainburg Hardware Store? Think about all the students who have grown up here but did not experience these places plus a lot of other locations.
Start thinking and start sharing your ideas in the comments below! Your input is important. This will be a fantastic way to capture what our little town has been about and what it is about.

You know I have cool photo props for you to use, but you may also like to wear your favorite Superhero T-Shirt or outfit!!! Trust me, you will fit right in!!! I am looking forward to seeing your smiling faces very soon! P.S. If you can’t seem to find Mrs. Voeller, just look for a red cape! Signing off now,… your “Library Lady!”
