::A reminder from the Nursing Staff::
Immunizations & Immunization Exemption Forms are due by September 14th. If you have made an appointment to receive an immunization, please contact Nurse Amy or Nurse Amber to let them know. Failure to obtain updated immunizations or turn in an Immunization Exemption Form from the state by September 14th, may result in your student being excluded from school until such time as the immunizations are acquired.
Physicals are required for Pre-k & Kindergarten. If you have not turned in your child's physical at this time, please contact Nurse Amy.
