Tomorrow students will get to participate in a mini "County Fair" with games, animals and popcorn! We will announce the winners of the Favorite Web Projects voted on by all the staff at the elementary school. Stay tuned for the big winners!
I want to celebrate a very special kindness related to our Charlotte's Web Book project. Those of you watching the chapter videos surely noticed the awesome pumpkin display of Wilbur and Charlotte. This display was created by 3rd grader, Camdyn Jones and her family, for my pumpkin contest in the Library and it was incredible! I asked them if I could keep it in the Library for an advertising display of our book project, and they so graciously allowed me to do this. EVERYONE loved and appreciated it, but none more than me! I am very grateful to have had this special gift. So, please take a look at these photos...you'll love them, too! Thank you, Camdyn and Family!!!
Have a Wonderful day Dragons 😊
Let's call this a "Thankful Thursday" because we are so thankful for all of the wonderful readers of Charlotte's Web....our students, their families, and all of the teachers and community members who so graciously agreed to not only read, but also be recorded while doing it! Today's recorded reader is Miss Mountainburg 2020, Laurel Hyman. She is reading Chapter 19 - The Egg Sac and Chapter 20 - The Hour of Triumph; pgs. 144-162.

It's a very close race for several in our Turkey Feather Project at MES! Tomorrow (Thursday) is the last day to buy feathers!!! The turkeys will be revealed on Friday morning!!!
It is Turkey Season at MES!! And these "turkeys" need some feathers!!
We only have two more days of selling feathers for our turkeys, and then the winners will be revealed Friday morning. We need everyone's help in "feathering up" these wild turkeys!!! Your donation of 25 cents/feather or 5/$1 not only determines our turkey winners....it helps the PTO raise funds to support all of our activities and events for our students, teachers, and school. Thank you all for your support!!!
