The CDC recommends kids aged 6-18 have at least 60 minutes per day of moderate to vigorous physical activity.🤸🏻♂️⛹🏾♂️🚴♀️ Unfortunately, barely over 25% actually get that done. Thankfully, our district has some pretty cool options to help out with this problem. Did you know that the playground areas and walking trails at both MES and MMSBA are open to the public after school hours? The gates are opened at the end of each school day for use by our community. So get the family out together and get active, Dragons!
Have a super great Wednesday Dragons. 😊
