It is that time of year - Basket Bingo Bash!

Like basketball? The Hardwood Basketball Tournament will be held on April 29 - 30 in Carl D. Rogers Gymnaisum and in the Mountainburg Middle School.

Exciting changes taking place at MPS! A letter will be mailed home to the parents of our current 4th grade students that will contain more information.

The baseball and softball games that were scheduled for Wednesday, April 26 in the Class 2A West District Tournament at Mansfield have been postponed to Thursday, April 27, same times as today. Game times: Softball: 4:00 PM, Baseball: 8:00 PM.

Anaphylaxis is a severe, potentially life-threatening allergic reaction and it can happen to anyone even if previous reactions were mild. It can occur within seconds or even hours of exposure to something to which you are allergic. The most common causes of anaphylaxis are insect stings, peanuts and tree nuts, other types of food such as milk or seafood, and certain medications. Signs of anaphylaxis include: * Skin reactions, including hives and itching and flushed or pale skin * Low blood pressure (hypotension) * Constriction of the airways and a swollen tongue or throat, which can cause wheezing and trouble breathing * A weak and rapid pulse * Nausea, vomiting or diarrhea * Dizziness or fainting Anaphylaxis requires immediate medical treatment, including a prompt injection of epinephrine, or an epi-pen, and a trip to a hospital emergency room.

Sr. High District Track Meet Update: The track meet has been moved to 9:00 AM on Friday, April 28 in Mansfield. The baseball and softball finals will be played at the conclusion of the track meet.
