Tomorrow morning, Tuesday, October 14th, is the deadline to sign up for the Little Dragon Cheer Clinic. Forms were sent home last week! Late entries will not receive a t-shirt, so get those forms sent in tomorrow! we are excited for a fun week and a cute performance on Friday night! MHS and MJH Cheer are going pink this month for Breast Cancer Awareness! We are selling pink out shirts through Rockhouse Designs! Click the link below to purchase! The Junior High Pink Out game will be October 30th, and these will be perfect to wear that day or any day! Shirts can be ordered with the Team Dona logo on the back to support our former Mountainburg Schools custodian, who is currently fighting her own breast cancer battle. All proceeds of our pink out shirts will be donated to Miss Dona to help in her fight.

Fall Parent-Teacher Conferences are October and October 21. We hope that having two days for the conferences will enable more of our parents to attend.

MHS Cheerleader of the week is Willow Hecox! Willow is a spirit leader both on the sideline and off! She does a great job breaking down new skills and choreography and working with her teammates to make sure the team is ready to get the job done! Willow is dedicated to the sport of cheer, focused, and goal-oriented! She is proud to be a Dragon and we are proud of her! The volleyball match scheduled for Wednesdsay, October 8 against Dardanelle will be played on Tuesday, October 14, 4:30 PM. There will be a JV and SH match. Junior high has completed their season.

Little League Basketball Sign-Ups are due by Friday, October 17th! *Late payments will be accepted until 10/24. Payments are due when the form is submitted; I have had online forms submitted without payment, make sure to go back and pay before 10/24! Extra paper forms are in the Elementary and Middle School Offices.

VOLLEYBALL GAME UPDATE for OCT 8: There was a miscommunication between Mountainburg and Dardanelle on the confirmed date of the match. There will be no game today. The Lady Dragons will scrimmage each other this evening for one final time this inaugural season. There is no admission and concessions are available. If the game is rescheduled we will get the information out to our fans.

Eli finished off his high school career at the 2A State Golf Tournament today, with a score of 91. This was Eli's 3rd state tournament appearance in 4 years. Thank you, Eli, for representing Mountainburg well!
