Mountainburg Public Schools, in accordance with ASBA Policy 3.0 Licensed Personnel Policy Committee, will provide the following information:
Positions that are up for election to the PPC.
Position 1 - 2-year term (ending id odd-numbered years)
Position 2 - 2-year term (ending in even-numbered years)
Names of candidates running for each position.
Communicated via email and in the meeting minutes.
Information regarding the conduction of the election.
Each campus will ask for nominations for positions.
An election will take place only if a position is contested.
After the PPC has organized, the election of officers will take place at the first meeting of the school year.
Results of the election.
These will be included in the minutes of the meeting.
Minutes of each PPC meeting.
These will be sent out to the licensed employees when the secretary has them ready.
