PPC

Mountainburg Public Schools, in accordance with ASBA Policy 3.0 Licensed Personnel Policy Committee, will provide the following information:

  • Positions that are up for election to the PPC.

    • Position 1 - 2-year term (ending id odd-numbered years)

    • Position 2 - 2-year term (ending in even-numbered years)

  • Names of candidates running for each position.

    • Communicated via email and in the meeting minutes.

  • Information regarding the conduction of the election.

    • Each campus will ask for nominations for positions.

    • An election will take place only if a position is contested.

    • After the PPC has organized, the election of officers will take place at the first meeting of the school year.

  • Results of the election.

    • These will be included in the minutes of the meeting.

  • Minutes of each PPC meeting.

    • These will be sent out to the licensed employees when the secretary has them ready.

    • Minutes of each meeting are posted below.
